Digestion & Nutrition

Getting a comprehensive blood test is essential to understanding your current health. We will start with a general screening test that is efficient, effective, and affordable to establish a baseline of biomarkers to track your health and nutritional needs. At the conclusion of the test, Dr. Marianne will make recommendations that start with a foundational whole foods diet, exercise and fluid intake goals. Then, we will further expand dietary recommendations with more specificity as dictated by your test results.

Stress, Anxiety, and Depression

Do you often find yourself in a stressful situations feeling anxious and worried? Our bodies' response to these situations is to be in "fight or flight" emergency mode. The repeated activation of "fight or flight" takes a toll on the body - depression, high blood pressure, hardening of the arteries, upset stomach, weight loss and gain, fertility problems, asthma...the list goes on.

 

To combat these issues, you can learn how to shift your body from emergency mode to healing mode to immediately reduce your sense of anxiety and stress. This transition will lift your mood, strengthen your immune system, reduce your blood pressure, and positively influence your health.

 

You will also learn and incorporate the 7 essentials into your life to alleviate stress - what you eat, what you drink, how you exercise, how you rest, what you breathe, what you think, and how you love.

Detoxification

We are exposed to toxins on a daily basis and it can contribute to fatigue, indigestion, weight gain, low libido, skin problems, and more! A detox cleanse allows the healthy removal of those toxins and supports the body with whole food nutrition. Dr. Marianne personally does the detox cleanse and can help you all the way through it!

Hormonal imbalances have become increasingly common with today's fast-paced modern lifestyle. In addition, certain hormones decline with age, ill health, and some people experience a more dramatic decrease than others. Hormonal balance is a key to health, no matter what age you are or what condition you are treating. There are many simple ways to balance your hormones based on science and natural treatments.

Body and Mind Healing

To have optimal health and wellness, we must practice body/mind healing. The Bio Energetic Synchronization Technique (B.E.S.T.) is a technique used widely by healthcare practitioners all over world, including myself. It reduces anxiety, depression, and stress by identifying and releasing emotions stored on the cellular level which blocks our bodies from functioning optimally. Using this technique on a consistent level will improve feelings of procrastination and other fear-based habits that hold us back from achieving our goals. B.E.S.T. is also proven to improve digestion, sleep, mental clarity, and muscle and nerve pain. It is a painless, relaxing procedure. Some describe it as "therapy, without having to talk."

Payment Plans

We are a cash practice. When doctors agree to accept payments from health insurers, they must also agree to many other rules and restrictions. Sometimes complicated rules require more expenses and restrict a doctor’s decisions. Ironically, having health insurance often results in more expensive and worse quality care. By not participating with insurance contracts, we are free to make decisions with you about what is best for your care–at the same time spending more time with you and charging less. Call our office to schedule a consultation and we can discuss what is the best wellness package for you.

12 Units - $599 (6 month expire)
24 Units - $999 (12 month expire)
Extended Visits - $700 for 7 visits (30 minutes each)


Adjustments/B.E.S.T. treatments, therapeutic exercises, neuromuscular re-ed, manual therapy techniques, and acupuncture are ALL included in the above payment plans!
